Pink sheets NGXL Nutralogix Ten Percent (10%) Stock Dividend Opportunity Expires Friday, August 25, 2006

Nutralogix Laboratories, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: NGXL) (http://www.nutralogixlabs.com) offer of a ten percent (10%) stock dividend to shareholders-of-record remains available to existing shareholders, as well as new shareholders who purchase the Company's stock between now and the end of the market day, on Friday, August 25, 2006. The dividend will be issued on or about September 12, 2006. The Company expects the dividend to be issued to a significantly expanded shareholder base.
